We will visit your property and advise on the level of rent achievable in that area and for your specific property. We will also advise on any improvements we would recommend prior to letting the property.

DNG will screen all potential tenants. All tenants must provide references from the previous landlord(s), employers, and banks or other financial institutions. All references are checked thoroughly and confirmed prior to the signing of lease agreements.

We provide a legally binding lease agreement for the specified period as requested by the landlord. The lease takes into account all provisions as set out in the Residential Tenancy Acts. If requested, we can at renewal stage provide a renewal service.

Generally, tenants will pay one month’s rent and one month’s security deposit upon signing the lease. We will deduct our fees and any other outlays from the rent and issue the balance to you. We collect the rent on an ongoing monthly basis for the duration of the tenancy.

We organise with the tenants on move in, to change all utility bills for the property into their names and again on move out and we organise meter readings to accurately calculate bills.

All tenancies are legally required to be registered with the RTB annually. We will ensure your property is compliant with the legislation.

From time to time small maintenance issues will arise in your rental property. The tenants will notify us of these and will be determine the repair work required. We will notify you of all such issues and our team of workmen will rectify the issue in a timely fashion. Costs incurred are deducted from your next months rent.

A member of our team will conduct regular inspections to ensure the upkeep of your property. E notify tenants in advance and work with the tenants to resolve any issues identified.

We offer online access to our client portal where landlords can view their financial statements in real time. We can also provide year end statements to our landlords or your appointed accountant or tax advisor at your request.
