WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU
RENT
We organise collection of rent on a monthly basis and arrange payment to your account by EFT minus our management fees & any agreed outlays.
BOOKING Deposit
Booking deposits are held in our clients account for the duration of the tenancy and is returned to the tenant after the property is vacated and inspected.
tenants
We screen all potential tenants who must provide references from previous landlords, employers and banks or financial institutions. All references are checked before a lease agreement is signed.
Lease
We provide a lease agreement which is fully compliant with the provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act.
Advertising
All properties are advertised on our social media outlets, dnggalway.ie, Daft.ie, Myhome.ie & DNG.ie.
RTB
We register your property with the RTB as required and liase with them on your behalf as necessary.
Utilities
We manage the changeover of utility accounts into the new tenants’ names. Readings are taken at move in/move out.
Inventory
We prepare a thorough inventory and provide a copy to the tenants on move in.
Inspections
We perform routine inspections every 6 months during the tenancy. The entire property is photographed during inspections.
